Tips for staying fit at work

Everyone will want to always keep fit and healthy while running the event, including when running work activities. But sometimes it is only in theory and a desire that is difficult to be realized, and no wonder so many people who complain do not get an atmosphere that fit and fit while working. Many things can make us sluggish and even lazy to work either from our bodies or physical factors than psychological terms.
Everyone will also want to always keep the rhythm of labor productivity in order to remain good. Well, one thing that can maintain or even increase productivity is to always keep the body fit and stay fit while trying to use for work.

1. First, try to have a habit of waking in the morning. Usually the activity is generally started at 08.00 am, either for work, lectures and others. So there is no harm if we woke up early at 05:30 hours or at 06.00. With up early, but we can enjoy the fresh morning air, we also have enough time to warm up on our bodies before doing activities all day. A few simple warm up activity that we can do such as doing gymnastics a small (very good for women), pushups and sit-ups a few times (for men usually), ran lightly in place and others. 2. If possible, (for example, those of us who entered the office rather afternoon), then it should do light jogging at least 30 minutes is enough if done regularly. Jogging is very helpful in fulfilling the need of oxygen to our brain and blood circulation as a whole, so that will further enhance our concentration to do activities all day. With jogging is also very effective for reducing the negative impact if we are in the office more often inhale air from air conditioning or heat, the dusty road.

3. Then it never hurts to take a shower in the morning sunlight. Because we certainly all know that the morning sun is good for the body, especially to help maintain bone strength and health. With the sun in the morning is also helpful to warm up our minds to be more relaxed and calm.

4. Do not forget to always get breakfast at the appropriate time. Ideally time for breakfast is at 6:30 till 09:00 hours. With breakfast, then we can enough energy to do activities in the morning until the middle of the afternoon with a good and optimal. With breakfast also can make our diet regularly and very good for the long term in maintaining health. With the breakfast we will also avoid eating large portions (as revenge for not eating in the morning) at lunch. And this is certainly not good for the body both in the short or long term. For example, if we eat too much at lunch, then the body tends to limp, easy drowsiness, poor concentration and ultimately the productivity of our work has dropped dramatically.

5. Well as additional tips, if possible we could hear the music while working, it never hurts to play the kind of music that we like and can make us more passion. Do not underestimate these simple tips, because a lot of research that shows a proper music can improve mood became good again and of course this can make us the spirit back.
